The highest paid player in the history of the game has now been accused of testing positive for steroids. His positive tests was from a survey testing done all the way back in 2003 and was meant to remain anonymous.
Does anyone care about players testing positive? Does this change your perspective on baseball?

Does this change your perspective on baseball? keep in mind, I'm not a baseball fan, I think its a boring sport, right up there with Nascar and golf. But, husband says "who cares, it doesn't make their ability any better." Now, I honestly don't know much about baseball. But, I know part of the states is based on the speed the ball is thrown and hit, steroids would help there IMO. Therefore, it does fuck with the stats.

I think your husband's point is that you could take all the steroids in the world but that doesn't make you go from the average person to pro baseball player. Steroids don't improve your coordination. Like if you take steroids and don't train, you might as well have not taken anything in the first place. Some of the smallest guys at the gym out there probably take them, they aren't a pro anything. Why? They don't have the other tools to get them to the dance in the first place or anything close. The level of dedication, the natural talent, the training knowledge, the diet knowledge, etc.
