Yeah, it had its goofy moments, like the two cops (didn't the younger cop look like Randy Orton and Kerry Von Erich's love child?). But as a whole I think its an important horror film.

Oh yeah the dude from those Karate Kid movies. He looked like young, but in an old way. You know what I mean. I see the resemblance with him, Von Erich, and Orton now that you point it out. He's got that face....

Which part do you think was the sickest B?

The Box.
Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Was kind of weird, but I actually thought some of it was quite funny, intentional or not.

Lars and the Real Girl
It's amazing how this movie came out sincere and not incredibly creepy.

I'm so bummed I wasted $8 to see The Box in theatres. I still have a headache from trying to understand the plot.
So Lars and the Real Girl wasn't overtly creepy? I assumed it would be. People in relationships with dolls just weird me out; thanks in large part to the infamous BBC documentary.

It was sweet actually. They handled it brilliantly with how thin a line it was between sincere and completely distasteful. On the subject there's this movie Love Object which involves a sex doll too, but it totally went the other way. It was also hilarious, but not so much intentionally.

Watched Kick Ass on the weekend. It was actually pretty good. was it? To me it could either be horrible or somewhat decent, I'll check it out eventually. If you want to laugh your ass off watch "Drag me to hell" Especially for the goat scene at the end! And yes, it is a horror, LMAO

Drag Me To Hell was great.
The ending in particular was awesome. The reaction in the cinema to that was amazing!

Drag Me To Hell was great. The ending in particular was awesome. The reaction in the cinema to that was amazing! I jumped once because I got a text message and the phone was in my pocket, lol. And the shadow was clearly of a rabbit person not a goat demon! Though the talking demonic goat was hilarious! ""You tricked me you whorrre!"

Though the talking demonic goat was hilarious! Indeed it was. The extras on the DVD are also funny. They had a hard time getting that damn goat to sit still and do what they wanted it to lol.

I actually loved Drag Me To Hell. Come on, those fight scenes with the old lady were epic (especially the ones where she's dead).

I forgot all about the crazy old lady. When she appears behind her in the car just before that epic fight in the car park that was another moment where the whole cinema went nuts. Come to think of it, there was a lot of moments like that in this film. This might actually be my favorite horror/comedy movie. I actually liked this more than the Evil Dead movies…yeah, I said it lol.

You're not alone. I preferred this to Evil Dead as well. The only one I really liked was Army of Darkness. I just loved watching the main character's descent into desperation to break the curse. "Choke on it, bitch!"

Alright, I just picked up Drag Me to Hell yesterday and watched it tonight because of this thread. The goat possession was okay, but absolutely nothing is better than the old lady fight scene in the car. The stapling of her eye closed was all kinds of brilliant.

I like the goat just because of how faked it look and the fact that it bit the guy, lol.

I like the goat just because of how faked it look and the fact that it bit the guy, lol. You really liked that goat, didn't you? When you think about it, the lead character really had a rough time of it, didn‘t she? I lost count of how many times that poor girl was attacked, possessed, violated by insects or was vomited on. There was also the unfortunate decision she had to make regarding her cat. Then to top it all off, she does indeed get dragged to hell. And perhaps worst of all, she even misses out on her promotion to that annoying co-worker. When even I feel bad for a character in a movie then they really must have had a hard time.

Oh, I completely forgot about that bitch of a mother in law she had.
Then there was her unfortunate nose bleed at work. I don’t know if I could show my face after that lol.

There's gonna be a sequel? If so, she should do the dragging. A few people from the first movie have it coming.

Actually, I’m not 100% sure. I might be thinking of the upcoming Trick R Treat sequel since I was talking about that earlier. I’m sure there is at least talk about a sequel to this though. They have to find a way to make the old lady return also if it's happening. And I guess the goat as well, just for bbsy.

Ah. Trick R Treat was cool too. It was funny seeing Stryker from X2 get his ass whooped by that little pumpkin head.
