To quote Snitsky, "Don't comment on something that you know nothing about" ... oh wait. Well, the guys a clown who does little to no research into his claims. He also changes them and regears his arguments once he's shown he's wrong.

The fact of the matter is this, gridiron is extremely boring to watch and rugby is extremely entertaining to watch, simple.

To quote Snitsky, "Don't comment on something that you know nothing about" ... oh wait. Well, the guys a clown who does little to no research into his claims. He also changes them and regears his arguments once he's shown he's wrong. I did this when? I posted an article written by someone that played both games. I posted a video from Sports Science, which measured the amount of force of the hits from each sport, using pressure sensors. The end result is that the average hit in gridiron generates 3 times as much force as the average hit in rugby. The average non American seems to think that gridiron is a panty-waist game because the players wear pads. Well the numbers speak for themselves. Until the day where rugby players actually hit with the same force and play at the same speed that gridiron players play during each play, I will remain on this side of the argument. Any method of argument I use is more effective than your resort to petty, 2nd grade playground name-calling. "Snitsky's a clown. Snitsky's an idiot. Snitsky's a stupid poopyhead" Fake, your biggest problem is you think you are smarter than you actually are. Now go ahead call me another name, I will continue to wait for a counter argument I can take seriously.

Fuck I hate games that are just non stop penalty goals. I would give it a chance if it actually came on here. I have nothing against the game or the players in the least. In fact, I have the upmost respect for them all as athletes. I think people seem to think that I'm somehow trying to put down rugby throughout this. I'm not, just simply saying they are two entirely different games played entirely different ways.

just simply saying they are two entirely different games played entirely different ways. Funny, that was pretty much mine and Tanswells point from the off. What was I saying earlier that you disagreed with... how strange... I posted a video from Sports Science, No you didn't. which measured the amount of force of the hits from each sport, using pressure sensors. Were these measured by the athletes at the top end of their games? What leagues were they in? Which CODE of Rugby were they playing? Because the one thing you don't seem to realise is that is a very important piece of information. Any method of argument I use is more effective than your resort to petty, 2nd grade playground name-calling. Your method of argument seems to involve knowing nothing of your own sport, nor even properly researching this before coming out with ridiculous claims. And to prove that bit I'll go back a few posts: I guess one single except gives way to the norm..... Which shows how little you know of your own sport. A quick googling gave me this: www.profootballhof.com/history/stats/40_and_over_club.aspxThat's quite a list. That's when I realised it was pointless discussing something like this with a person like you. your biggest problem is you think you are smarter than you actually are Not at all. The difference between you and me is I will accept when I'm wrong. I can also understand that shouting at brick walls solves little. Do a little more research, then get back to me. Ta.

Is it wrong of me to keep this thread going just so these two will post something?

Come on Snitsky... You've had plenty of time to research... I'm guessing he's not coming back, lol! I really need to update this place, but it's so annoying to make 20 different threads and people respond to 1 or less, LOL!
