Is IMPACT Comics Still Around

I used to be a collector YEARS ago and there was a frachise known as IMPACT that was the main one I went after.

It was tied in some with DC. Kinda like a secondary of'em.

They had The Fly,Legend Of The Shield,Jaguar,Black Hood,W.E.B,
The Comet.

They'd bring'em together in one group known as The Crusaders. Kinda like their version of Justice League.

Reason I ask I quit collecting and I've been thinking of getting back in and was just wondering if IMPACT was still around. See where everything has went since I quit

Weren't they done by Archie Comics? I saw an ad a few years back for them.

Some of the characters was in old Archie Comics but DC cut a deal to bring'em back
