Season 11 to an extent.
Sadly, they've covered pretty much everything there is to be done with the characters, especially since 98 percent of their episodes are stand-alones.

Last night's episode wasn't bad. I actually rather enjoy stand alone episodes, they are something different and the show is not exactly a continuous story.
I would say the last one I really enjoyed was the 90's based episode. The one with Marge and Homer reflecting on before they were married in the 90's and Homer starts up the Nirvana-based band.

Have Uter and Bumbleman had entire episodes dedicated to them yet? I think that'll be an official sign that their time is up. |

I dreaded the second time through with the movie and then the third, fourth and fifth as well. Babysitting, one of the kids was obsessed with it.
I rarely catch new episodes anymore, everyone now and then they have a tolerable one though and I do still like the Treehouse of Horror episodes.

I still love the simpsons and hope there end isnt coming anytime soon.
I just hope the next attemp at a movie is alot better.

As bad as The Simpsons has become its still better than a who mass of shows Fox8 insists on hyping endlessly. But when the talent on the show start saying "Yeah its pretty bad" then you really have to start worrying |

To be honest I've probably only seen 3 new episodes in the last two years so I dont really know what the last 2 seasons have been like but I still watch the old ones and still love them.

Well Foxtel's policy of running the same seasons over and over again works with The Simpsons. Not so much for other shows |

I generally don't watch the Simpsons much anymore as I have seasons 1-9 on DVD. I'll get 10, 11 and 12 (when its released). So if I ever need a Simpsons fix I can pop in a disc and watch a few eps commercial free and uncut (stupid Australian censors  ) |

I cant imagine a world where new episodes of The Simpsons arent produced so I'm glad at the very least they have another two years left in them.
