Just wondering as the local video store just shovd all the 360 and PS3 accessories into one cabinet to make room for more PS2 stuff. They may just be gearing up for a last hoorah and just got in a mass of cheap stuff but to sacrifice shelf space of two current gen machines does point to it still selling well.

PS2 has got to be lucky if it survives another 12 months how long's the PS3 been out now?

PS2 has got to be lucky if it survives another 12 months how long's the PS3 been out now? the 360 launch was basically auto death for the Xbox so I can see where you are coming from with that. I think the release of Singstar or whatever its called and its many volumes helped prolong the PS2's life. But it gaining shelf space just seems rather odd, then again they might just be gearing up for one last Xmas for the system.
