1) Lots of things to unlock otherwise it feels pointless in playing it
2) BLOCK DAMAGE!
3) No neutral guard...this one is always a peeve when it shows up
4) Characters I actually give a damn about no massive blunders on par with say leaving of Scorpion of a MK game
5) A non silly storyline. It doesn't have to be good or even have one at all but just try to avoid stupid plotlines like 85% of Tekken 5's endings
6) Female characters with I don't know say nothing over a C cup
7) Character line up that is balanced
8) No super boss BS
