I thought the over heating issue had been fixed with the new ones?

I've never had an issue with mine getting hot I just have it sitting in the speaker port in the T.V cabinet that isnt being used and have nothing touching the sides or top of it.

Really there was just no excuse for that crap happening in the first place...but its a thing of the past now. I have my 360 standing up cause it takes up less space.

True, it doesn't happen as often anymore, but they still do it a good bit of the time.
