Dracula, Werewolf, Godzilla? It doesn't entirely make sense to add people like Hannibal Lecter, Micheal Myers, or Leatherface to the list, but technically Freddy and Jason could be, so to make things fair we'll classify monster to be actual monsters or evil beings.
Now that that's out of the way, my pics are Jason and William from Underworld.

The giant octopus from "It Came From Beneath The Sea." Most awesome monster ever. Went ahead and got itself killed like a pussy though, if someone remakes this movie they gotta give the mighty beast a better ending than that. Nonetheless, most best movie monster ever.
