The best one has to be "Christmas is easier to spell than Hannukah." I'm hoping the spelling error was intentional.
Usually it's just awkward when church signs attempt humor. There's one here that's had "Who's your daddy?" up for a while. I don't think it's a Catholic church, but it's still a bit disturbing.

I am very lucky to not have seen any funny ones here... though on my way to Utica, NY over the Summer I saw a construction sign that said "your tax dollars at work" lol! |
