April 17th 2008 I weigh 217-220 pounds, I'm 5 11. I'm not fat don't get me wrong I Had a belly but I wasn't obese. I thought I would never drop the weight. Than I started to count my calories, watching what times I ate, eating less frequently at night (which has been my downfall.) So what do I weigh in tonight? Tonight I weigh in at a chisled one hundred and eighty nine pounds, I hail from Long Island New York, Mrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! BAR TOE NOO (I've lost 31 pounds in 3 months.)

Congrats! I wish I could tone my belly, but between JT, College, keeping my home running, I don't have the energy! I wish I could fix that with just watching my foods, but I need to actually do toning exercises for it. Ones that won't hurt my freaking back. Not an easy thing to find...

See I workout four times a week, I say fuck the diet pills and the subway, I lost 30 pounds my own way

Working out is better then diet pills. Not eating will lose weight, but won't do anything for muscles and toning.

I am on a weight loss surge too(right now I'm jump roping and on the laptop). I hope I am at least 110 pounds by the time school starts for me.

actually, I'm to old to join the army, and I would never want to be a cop. I just want a body of a supermodel, with out only eating ice cubes and saltine crackers.
