The creators of the 1970's Hulk show thought "Bruce" was too gay a name so changed Banner's name to "David," the oh so sweet irony, Bill Bixby was gay.
Lou Ferrigno who was the Hulk in the 70's show provided the voice for the 90's cartoon, was in both movies and provided the voice for Hulk in the 08 movie.

In the film "The Wizard of Oz" in the background you don't see one of the munchkins hanging themselves, it's a prop in the shape of a large bird.
