wait....WTF? That hasn't even aired yet?? yup...that's Fox for ya.... eztv.it/index.php?main=tvnews&show_news=3783Television can be very strange. Here we are in the tense month of May, as several shows teeter between cancellation and renewal, waiting for news on their fates - But one thing these shows have in common is they've actually aired. Meanwhile though, FOX has renewed The Cleveland Show for Season 2. That's right, The Cleveland Show, which doesn't debut until this fall.
FOX is obviously feeling very confident in the Family Guy spinoff. Originally scheduled as a midseason debut this spring, Season 1 of the show instead was moved to this fall, and given a full 22-episode order.
Now The Hollywood Reporter says 13 episodes have been ordered for Season 2, ensuring there'll be at least 35 episodes of the series, even though a single installment has yet to air.
Because animation (South Park aside) takes so long, the Reporter says this move is being made to ensure that there will be episodes ready for fall 2010 - and make sure that the entire creative team stays intact.

I rather like Cleveland but is a character who is designed to be mellow and bland going to be able to carry a show?
