Palindromes should deserve a mention.
While not gruesome or graphic, it does bear alot of similarities to the recent murder of abortion doctor, George Tiller. It is almost like life mimicking art.
That, and pedophilia.

I'm a bit disturbed that they have a movie called Slaughtered Vomit Dolls and I haven't seen it. Also, Pink Flamingos wasn't all that disturbing, really.
