Jack Tyler you might as well forgive hitler if your going to forgive michael jackson. It's basically the equivalent. I believe what a 13 year old cancer survivor had to say about Jackson. It's the media and apparantly you with the short attention span. But as stated before it must be ok to molest and sleep with little children just because you wrote and sang good music. Do you have any idea how retarded you sound? If tom hanks murdered someone was aquitted and died years later are you just going to forget he murdered someone just because he was in Big Forest Gump etc? Just because one's a celebrity doesn't mean they are a god and can do whatever they want. Maybe that's how you see it in your eyes but I certainly don't.

1) I don't believe that Michael Jackson molested any children. I believe that people don't get the whole Neverland Ranch thing, and I believe that the children were forced into lying by their parents so that they could get money. One child has actually admitted that, so in my eyes it's only a matter of time before another does.
2) No, I don't think it's okay for anybody to murder, rape or molest anybody, celebrity or not. However, I do think it's a shame when people think the personal lives and crimes of celebrities mean we can't appreciate what those celebrities have done. If Chris Benoit is a murderer, it doesn't change that he was a great wrestler, and if Michael Jackson is a paedophile, it doesn't change that he's the man behind some of the best pop songs in history. Whilst I don't condone any of the aforementioned crimes, I think it's silly when people refuse to listen to Michael Jackson's music or watch Chris Benoit's matches. Their entertainment careers are completely different to their personal lives.

If you were a fan than you would have the CDs already in which case you would be buying duplicates for what reason? If you are now only just buying his CDs because he is dead it does make your sudden hero worship seem rather fickle. |
