...you have no intention of seeing again.
Koyaanisqatsi - Seen it twice now and I would certainly tell people it is something they should watch at least once however it does go on for two hours and it is a message you could edit down to 10-15 mins
Platoon - I do own it on DVD and have though about putting it on but I didn't think I could sit through it again. I do have the novelty of having the version that states it won the Best Picture Oscar for 1997.
Schindler's List - Don't really need to go into details about this one

Salo: 120 Days of Sodom
Good film in its own right, and was interesting to see in a very morbid way. Wouldn't want to watch it again though. Pretty horrible stuff.

Saving Private Ryan... it's 4 freaking hours long!
Most War movies in general really... you read about the war, you saw the movie based on the war... you pretty much know anything you need to know about the war by now, seriously.

The usual problem with war movies is they repaint history so you know its utter BS or they make it so graphic in efforts to be realistic it is hard to get through. I pretty much had to take Band of Brothers in 30 min blocks at one point.

The Dark Knight, I've seen it 3 times but I don't want it to get boring so I may never watch it again.

Ichi the Killer - It seems like one of those films that is great or good the first time through, but wouldn't live up to a second viewing.
Ringu - After seeing the mediocre American remake and reading the book, there's really not much reason too. Maybe in a decade or so.
Actually, there are a lot of Asian horror films, I'd throw on the list. The best part is not knowing where the story is going. Once it's known, a second viewing is kind of dull.

Well that is sort of a test of a movie Can you still enjoy a movie even if you know who the killer is If the movie is all about the twist at the end then its not going to have alot of second viewings

Unless it's a comedy or the twist is so unbelievable you have to/want to see it again, one time is usually more than enough.

Actually the only movie I ever encountered to have the reverse problem was the animated movie of Fist of the North Star, the movie is boring as heck when it starts out but after seeing the ending you can appreciate it more. Has to be the only time I have ever suggested watch the ending first then go back and watch the rest of the movie.

Requiem For A Dream is a dark and depressing movie that most people choose to not watch again. Even though I loved it.

The Transformers films. I enjoyed them in the cinema but I don't think I'd ever watch them again at home.
