BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA can't get over the michael jackson picture, but at least every time I see him I can at least laugh and take pride in the fact that I'm alive and never molested anyone whereas he's a dead pedo.
I think the orphan has potential to be a good movie, not saying it's gonna wow and shock everyone but it should be a decent flick.

And I really don't see any potential in the Orphan at all. It looks cheesey as hell.

Struggling to regain some semblance of normalcy in their lives, the couple decides to adopt another child. At the local orphanage, both John and Kate find themselves strangely drawn to a young girl named Esther. Almost as soon as they welcome Esther into their home, however, an alarming series of events begins to unfold, leading Kate to believe that there's something wrong with Esther--this seemingly angelic little girl is not what she appears to be. Concerned for the safety of her family, Kate tries to get John and others to see past Esther's sweet facade. But her warnings go unheeded until it may be too late...for everyone.

So, did anyone end up seeing this?
I watched it last week, it was pretty good by today's standards I thought, the "twist" at the end wasn't all that great though.

I put it on, but stopped paying attention. It was kind of boring. Everyone assures me that the twist was "so unexpected!" so I'm not surprised to hear it was lackluster.

The movie poster alone for Orphan incurred eye rolls I'm not going to even bother with this one. And just to complete the cliche is the chick on the poster named Amy?
Just checked her name is Esther, well at least the avoided that one

Yeah, you didn't miss much.
If you've seen any American horror movie made in the past 10 years you pretty much have already seen this one. I still can't stop myself from watching them though.
