NEW YORK – Paula Abdul's (ab-DOOL') new manager says she may not be returning to "American Idol." According to a Los Angeles Times report, David Sonenberg says he doesn't have a proposal for a new contract for Abdul. He says it doesn't appear she'll be back. Sonenberg began representing Abdul a few weeks ago. Auditions for the ninth season of the highly rated Fox talent competition begin next month. Abdul said recently she'd been invited to remain as an "American Idol" judge and was optimistic about negotiating a new contract. Earlier this year, Fox entertainment president Kevin Reilly called Abdul "an integral part of the show." The other "American Idol" judges are Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and newcomer Kara DioGuardi (KA'-ruh dee-oh-GWAHR'-dee). news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090719/ap_on_en_tv/us_people_paula_abdul

She's boring anyway.
They should get rid of all of the tweener judges. They offer nothing to the show other than soppy sympathy. Which is all well and good, but pointless on a talent show.
Oh, and nobody should ever give Piers Morgan a job. He's a horrible human being whose main claim to fame is faking pictures of soldiers abusing prisoners. Asswipe.

They need one who's actually objective...like Dannii Minogue, sort of. Randy and Kara are the closest they've got, but Kara's an idiot and Randy just gets annoying after a while. Plus, he had some sort of grudge against Jason Castro last year.
Simon's dickishness just gets annoying, especially during country week, and Paula's way too nice.
