A woman from Essex is involved in a car crash and is being spoken to by the police whilst still sat in her car.
"Can you move?" asks the officer.
"No, I can't feel my legs" she replies
"Okay" he tells her. "Can you tell me how many fingers I have up?"
The girl looks at the officer horrified and says "Oh no! My fanny's paralysed too!"
