I always knew those cub scouts were evil! Do others see why I hate stupid people?

I'm sorry if it has a knife on it it's a weapon. 6 year olds can kill too and it's not a joke.

That boy is/was more harmless than that dumb girl in your sig!
Besides it's pretty much a butter knife! What's he going to do? Jam someone to death?

And if he did accidentally poked someones eye, or worse killed them how would you feel about something that's "pretty much a butter knife." If a knife can penetrate it's considered a weapon and all pocket knives like that are kinda sharp.

how do you accidentally kill someone with a dull object? Accidentally poked someone in the eye? completely different kid... on top of yet again being impossible.

Okay so if a five year old can shoot a classmate what makes you think another five year old can't hurt or kill someone with his pocket knife. Christine you of all people should understand where I'm coming from. It has a knife on it therefore it is considered a weapon If I brought that same pocket knife to my old highschool I would've been suspended.

I see where you're coming from Uberto... and if I had taken that knife to my old highschool I would have been arrested.

And who doesn't expect hs to be more strict? I would imagine by then a student would know better. Or are you implying that people are even dumber than even I believe? edit: and I never said a 5 year old couldn't hurt another one.

Hey he should have just put on a trench coat and hauled out an MP5....its his right as an American!!!!
I don't think anyone here is suggesting the kid shouldn't be punished but this is a bit of an over reaction on the school's part.
