SPRINGFIELD, Va. (FOX/AP)- A Springfield man is facing indecent exposure charges after police say he stood naked inside his home as a 7-year-old boy and his mother walked by. Twenty-nine-year-old Eric Williamson denies any wrongdoing and says any exposure was accidental. "Yes, I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me," Williamson said in his defense. "I'm a loving dad - any of my friends would tell you that," Williamson said. "There is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever do anything like that to a kid." But Fairfax County Police see it differently. Spokeswoman Mary Ann Jennings said the woman and her son first saw Williamson standing naked inside his doorway as they walked along a path outside his home. Police say Williamson then followed the two from inside his home and exposed himself again through a large front window. Police would not pursue a case based on inadvertent exposure, Jennings said. Officers were out in Williamson's neighborhood lWednesday looking for others who might have seen him. The charge is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail. Man's defense "Um...........it was MY house" I believe that lady confessed to trespassing and a couple other charges as well. First time I've heard of a peeping tom being the one to press charges.

Oh well now we know
If some one trespasses on your property and they see you naked, you are going to have to shoot them dead.

People can't even be naked in the privacy of their own home without it turning into something illegal.

You just want to see his trouser snake Please don't troll the news section bbsy. by making a reasonable statement? regardless, what does no one being home have to do with anything? Did he know when the kids would be back? And why in the hell was he by an open window?

And why in the hell was he by an open window? He was alone and most likely knew when his kids would be home. Not everyone lives in a home where someone is always home and some people have different likes. If a man wants to walk around naked in his own home while he's alone, or a woman, I see nothing wrong with that.

There is something wrong when you are walking around naked flashing the whole neighborhood. Doesn't take, but a second to close the curtains.

Seriously, if you can see inside someone's house, you are way too close and you shouldn't be staring. What you do INSIDE your house is your own damn business, with few exceptions(this not being one of them). If people are offended, it's their own damn fault. Too bad, so sad. Besides, there really isn't such a charge as private indecency.

The thing I find so ironic though is that they people that the people that are so into God are so offended by something He supposedly created. "OMG! My eyes! The human body!"

The thing I find so ironic though is that they people that the people that are so into God are so offended by something He supposedly created. "OMG! My eyes! The human body!" That is actually a great point. Way off topic, but related to what you said: In high school Passion of the Christ came out and I'm sure everyone remembers the reaction that got, but anyways, my teacher commented about the people who said they cried, she read the bible already, so she knew what would happen. Carlos Mencia made a similar point too. Back on topic, Was this lady pissed off because she's a prude or because she wasn't impressed? And closer to my point, what are the chances that he decides to pass by the very curtain he left open at the same time that lady past by said window? I bet the chicks a perv and is using that kid as an excuse.
