All the Next Gen Star Trek movies were terrible, Lost in Space, the 2007 & 2009 Transformer movies, Futurama!!! Basically any show where the same TV writers think they can write a feature length movie In defence of Wild Wild West there were some funny moments with Kevin Kline but sadly I think you can only take so much of racist and non PC humour. Most of the shows they used as examples were exactly stellar to begin with so why did they think the movies would succeed?

we could also say Buffy, though the reversal, it was a bad movie turned into a great show.
