Thoughts on movie adaptations of other media

There's always room for debate by the way... try to keep it friendly though, lol

Mario was crap
X-Men 1 and 2 were excellent 3 was crap

Batman and Batman Returns were good in their time the other two were crap

Batman Begins and TDK were excellent

MK was awesome (then) MKA was/is crap

The Old Superman movies were ok, I liked part 4 the best, most others hated it the most, lol!

Spider-man 1 and 2 were great... 3 was fairly decent until parker lost the symbiote

Ang Lee's Hulk was OK, the new one was pretty good and has room for some improvement.

Iron Man was excellent

I loved both Transformers movies

Blade trilogy was pretty good

Would comment on the Dracula films, but haven't seen all of them, the one with Oldman was great though. 2000 wasn't too bad either, it's sequels horrible!

The Hannibal movies are not even close to being as good as the books

That's all I can remember at the moment.

Mario - Good thing Nintendo fanboys will swallow anything otherwise no one would have anything nice to say about this movie

X-Men 1 - was pretty good but basically just stands as an intro. Also continues the Batman tradition of having a beyond stupid line that was supposedly meant to be profound.

X-Men 2 - Great movie until the last 15-20 mins where everything falls apart. Also includes a line that ruins Magneto's character as well as being beyond stupid in an attempt to be funny.

Batman - Decent but didn't age well, sadly gets worse as time goes by.

Batman Returns - Didn't like it then, still don't like it but still easily the best of the sequels....which isn't saying much.

Superman 2 in the cut were Zod needless kills a kid is amusing. Why this version is discarded for the camp piece of crap that everyone thinks is Superman 2 is beyond me. Not a supes fan really.

Spider-Man 1: I would still like to see the original version of this movie rather than the post 9-11 edit that turned into a New York propaganda movie. Still enjoyed it but the USA is A OK moments were far too forced.

Spider-Man 2 & 3: Haven't seen them probably won't

Hulk: As above

Iron Man: Haven't seen it yet

Transformers The Movie from 1986 will not be topped by Bay

Blade 1: Had its moments but lame villain

Blade 2: Had its moments but lame love story

Blade 3: CRAP
