Its a picture of a SUV in the river. I'm guessing they fell in after driving on it for quite some time. How unfortunate for them.

The river in the park a few miles from my house was the exact same last week. I passed it on the bus and there were a bunch of kids playing on it, I was actually expecting to go home and see a story like this on the news later that night.

Even by Scottish standards, this winter has been extreme.
