I've never been in snow in my life, so getting it was quite a thrill for me haha

I can see that, but seriously it isn't as hard to drive in than most of the people from that region make it out to be.

Maybe not, but it is an element they're not used to dealing with so, it's bound to cause problems. Although, from experience I'm positive Southerners receive a different sort of driving education than the rest of the country. It's pretty amazing to watch the shit they'll pull.

This isn't a story I'm particularly proud of, but since its relevant, I'll share. My senior year the roads froze and I couldn't see out of my windshield, so I drove to school at like, 20 mph with my head out the window so I could see where I was going. It was definitely some YouTube worthy shit.

Okay, so today it snowed four inches here and I lost control of my car three times on the way home from work. The second time I missed hitting a tree by about three feet and continued to fishtail in the road for about thirty more feet. So scary.

I'm gonna finally take driving lessons this summer, I truly fear shit like this.

You live in Glasgow, you have more life-threatening things to fear. And by things, I mean knuckle-dragging locals. True enough. So, you’ve visited the “murder capital of Europe” then? Or at least encountered one of our fine representatives? I hear Glaswegian's living in England are pretty tame compared to the ones still stuck in the pit.

I'm technically a Southerner now. But as a native New Yorker, I still hate the snow.
