It has almost gotten to the point where the PS2 got plugged back in again and this is with the absence of the 360.

Gotta say, I've played the 360 a lot and I'm not a fan of it. Even turned down a cheap deal for it cause I know I'd never use it.

Nothing wrong with the console it is just the 360 has a better selection of games and its not like I skimped on the PS3 sadly in the battle of exclusives PS3 gets tragically beaten down.
It basically just gets used for movies now. Its salvation could have been guaranteed if you could play PS2 games on it.

Look at what the PS3 has Gran Turismo 5, both Uncharted games, MGS 4, God of War 3 (I assume this will be good....) Resistance and Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Final Fantasy XIII, Ratchet and Clank 5, the Motorstorm games and Tekken 6. For the Xbox, Gears, Halo and Fable, the Xbox exclusives pale in comparison as far as I'm concerned. |

Must have been back before the Sony bigwigs decided that no one ever wanted the PS3 to be backwards compatible and anyone who suggest otherwise is a moron. Because clearly it was the inclusion of that feature that caused poor sales as it couldn't have been the $1200 price tag. Mind you these are the guys who stated that selling fewer units is a good thing as it means you have less money to lose later.  The the great sales line for the PSPGo It can't play UMDs! So that alone is clearly worth an extra $100 on the price tag. Now if you ever wanted proof that Vince McMahon teamed up with SEGA and bought out Sony... |

 WWE Crush Hour Back in the day where everyone had to have a kart racing game A game so terrible it got a review on Wrestle Crap Plenty of awesome games on the PS2, as it was I unplugged the Gamecube to plug in a second PS2. The only exclusive I would have been after on the PS3 was Virtua Fighter 5 and of course the 360 got a better version of said game

Crush Hour! Christ that game sucked lol! I was promised a mixture of Twisted Metal & WWE. How did they manage to screw that concept up?  The Celebrity Deathmatch game is the only thing I can think of that was more of a letdown to me. At least in that though you could have Anna Nicole Smith & Carmen Electra kill each other. Crush Hour didn’t have much of anything, the novelty of Trish Stratus driving a car only lasts so long. |

You can grab them for next to nothing nowadays A console with 2 controllers and about 5 games would cost about $50 Aus Dreamcasts sadly however cost $200-$300 Aus to replace now |
