For a service that supposed gets the console shipped, repaired and shipped back again in 2-3 weeks it has now been over a week and the repair centre still haven't gotten the machine. I guess Oz Post can't quite maintain their 3 day delivery policy.
I guess I didn't hurl enough abuse at tech support
