My sisters were so afraid of Unsolved Mysteries when we were little. Even hearing the theme song freaked them out.

Masters of Horror was awesome, but none of them were really scary...
I don't know if anyone from the UK remembers, but there used to be a show called Strange But True here, dealing with supposed ghost sightings and stuff like that. I was terrified after watching that every week as a kid, like I don't know why I even continued to put myself through it out every week lol.

Masters of Horror was cool, but like Tales from the Crypt or Are You Afraid of the Dark? I agree it wasn't very scary. Shows were people recount their alleged encounters scare me. I watched one about the Jersey Devil and was legitimately freaked out.

I love any kind of paranormal stuff.
I have a couple of weird stories as well. I'll make a thread about it sometime. I posted them a while ago on the paranormal board on IMDb. It was a long ass post lol, hopefully it's still there in my post history and I can copy and paste it, rather than typing the whole thing out again lol.

Oh, me too lol. We will definitely have to swap stories sometime.
There's also this show on Animal Planet called Lost Tapes. The acting is terrible but the stories are pretty creepy.

Unsolved Mysteries is really creep & scary, and I'm not talking about the theme song, nor the remade episodes they show on Spike.
I just got done watching the stories about D.B. Cooper, and the Lucky School on Youtube, with the lights out. I love their dramatizations, it makes you believe a camera man is actually there filming this stuff.
