I disagree, he's 18 and sending naked pictures to a fourteen year old girl. SHE'S 14. Child Pornography is on the rise believe it or not in schools and it's corrupting the youth of America. I know someone who has like 40 girls from his schools all naked, because they get passed around the school, none of them sent the picture to him. I tell him even though your 16 your still holding onto child pornography. Child pornography is child pornography and it shouldn't be sugar coated and be allowed to slide.
If the lessened the charges what does that teach anyone? That child pornography's okay as long as it's distributed by text messages. A pedophile is a pedophile and if they start off young like this schmuck that got his come uppins they ain't going to prove. People in my neighborhood have been molested and this is an issue I feel strongly about because no girl who makes some stupid mistake should be masturbation fodder for half the male population of the school. End of story.
