The second pool one is cool. The first one all of my stuff would end up in the pool eventually. However, that would be an awesome way to wake up. The treehouse is bad ass.

They would have to be changed into wet t-shirt pillow fights.
Unless you mean the treehouse and if you do the emergency room would be a fun place for pervs for the night.

Getting clocked by a wet pillow might hurt though and when was the last time you were in a wet t-shirt contest and the shirts stayed on?
