So they're getting shut down for showing a bit of business entrepreneurial sense?
Thought it was the land of opportunity?
You see that quite often over here (Though admittedly a bit less in bikini's, but thats mainly due to the weather, but you sometimes see it), when I'm sure they don't have permits to trade outside.
