This is going to be bad I feel. I don't see it being used for the right reasons and see a lot of lawsuits (insert sad face as I'm doing this as a quick reply)

I protest this for one simple reason, it is wrong to do that to a penis!

Right, I've read this now and I'm pretty shocked something like this could even make it past the ideas stage. No wonder she had to sell her house to fund it, nobody would touch this with a bargepole.
The thought is a good one in principle, but that contraption is flawed in so many ways. The potential for misuse is high and I don't think it'd be used on just rapists, there's a lot of sadistic people out there.
Plus the onus would be on the wearer, who I'd assume would have to predict whether they'll be raped or not, which would automatically put you in a negative mindset
In short, it's not ethical. And she comes off as a few sandwiches short of a picnic too.

That's fucking cool. I hope these become all the rage. Now when the shit latches onto the dude isn't he just going to be stuck inside the girl. What if he goes soft, or isn't big enough? What if he wants to rape her anally or orally? So many questions unanswered.

I'd really rather them work on a solution that would prevent it before the guy could get that far. Not that rape whistles aren't 100% effective.

Dude rape whistles are 100% innefective. When I hear a whistle the first thing that comes to my mind is not oh shit somebodies getting raped. Basically the only thing to prevent a rape from getting that far is a gun. It sucks though, you'll have to wear it everyday. Cause think about it what if you wore it everyday but one day you didn't have it on and you got raped. All that wasted money for nothing. I think rapist should meet up with yamaguchi san. Speaking of yamaguchi san his "wife" was hot. DAMN!

Have you ever witnessed a rape whistle failing?
