Soundgarden. Every song on all their albums is at least solid and many of them are great. I hope their recent reunion is just for live shows and they don't plan on making any new material because I wouldn't want them to possibly tarnish their awesome (albeit not huge) back catalogue.
I'm tempted to say Oasis. I don't think they ever made a bad song although there were many mediocre ones in their later years.

Korn and Ozzy are the only ones I can say that I like most of the songs I've heard from them. Usually I hate at least half of tthe songs by any band.
