We have the greatest musical culture in the world (our Eurovision record speaks for itself, tbh).
Come talk about the wonders of Irish music here!

The Dubliners, Daniel O'Donnell, Foster and Allen, Westlife and The Pogues are my favourite Irish music acts.

I've always struggled to call the Pogues Irish as they were formed in England and they're fronted by an Englishman

Thin Lizzy is the best band to come out of Ireland in my opinion, and one of the best Hard Rock/Heavy Metal bands in history. And just in case you don't know, pay attention:
The Celtic Metal bands are really good too. Cruachan and Gease in particular.

Van Morrison Them The Dubliners Stiff Little Fingers I'm sure I've told you a million times before, but my aunt is a singer, and she sings backup vocals for Van Morrison quite often. She was even singing backup on one of his appearances on the Michael Parkinson chat show

You haven't and I'm beyond jealous. Did you get to go to rehearsals ever?

You haven't and I'm beyond jealous. Did you get to go to rehearsals ever? No unfortunately not, she used to live in Ireland and now in London so I don't see her all too often
