Hello, As it goes, the reporting system is a joke. In many scenarios, it is used not to help the game but rather as a weapon by those people who are toxic, dislike what you are playing or who have the biggest ego, that they consider themselves above everyone else. The lack of punishment for genuine reports is poor and the automated banning system is horrific. How are Blizzard tackling false reports? Or how do they consider banning people who are playing off-meta heroes acceptable. In a game where team work and hero changing is a huge factor, it takes seconds for one mistake to lead to being banned for days. Another thing I would like to mention is the bad chat behaviour. With a game age rating (in the UK) of PEGI 12, player spitting out foul, racist, homophobic and any other discriminatory language should be punished. One solution I have thought of is to introduce a chat filter, in a similar fashion to how to 'gg ez' filter works, if a player was to chat with, for example, racist language, they should be silenced immediately.
