I love the Godzilla movies and other Japanese monster movies. Godzilla vs. King Kong is especially fun to watch.

Donny Darko is sci-fi? That was a good movie, by the way.

It's probably more of a drama than a sci-fi film, but it deals with wormholes and the metaphysical enough for me to include it in the list. I did fight the urge to list Spaceballs, though.

Hey, Spaceballs included the very heart of all great Sci-Fi movies.

They did also manage to make it to Ludicrous Speed, thus making modern technology look even more lame.

I completely forgot about that! Best part is when they are watching the movie.

Great scene. I'm also pretty fond of the scene where they are combing the desert.

Does teenage mutant ninja turtles count as sci fi?

No, well maybe the movies, nothing else though.
Everytime I see them comb the desert I bang my head on the wall, lol!

There is no denying the awesomness of both Ghostbuster movies they are perhaps the greatest Sci Fi movies of all time.

Slimer.. He was alright in the first one.
Between the cartoon and the sequel, he became the original Jar Jar.

Why do people like T3?
|
|
|
Post by b_Pooly on Jul 4, 2008 10:34:52 GMT -5
Because T3 is a good movie.
Dark City is all the bad parts in Johhny Darko and the Matrix movies put into one crappy film, ironically it came out before either of those movies.
