I'm fairly sure that scam artists that end up stealing millions or even billions of dollars of people's money, like Bernie Madoff, have fairly high IQ's. Also, you would need a fairly high IQ to be able to figure out how to hack into bank accounts and wipe out people's life savings. In the scheme of things, stupid criminals do far less damage than intelligent ones. |
