I'm just glad that I didn't make too many crazy fashion choices during the decade that would come back to haunt me later through old photographs. Apart from me and all my friends decisions to dye our hair blonde for a while (Let's just say not many Scottish males can pull off bleached blonde hair), I think I managed to emerge somewhat unscathed in that regard. I wore overalls and had a bowl cut. My grandmother always cut my hair as a kid. So, I had a mullet for a while. Then to make matters worse I watched Curly Sue and absolutely had to have a perm. So, yes I had a curly mullet. As well as some of the most hideous floral dresses imaginable.

The Most Awesome Thread Ever! When I was in grade school I had a rattail haircut that curled in at the back, up until the 3rd Grade. I wore alot of Tommy Hilfiger and Nike back then. And JNCO's.....

The X-Men, Batman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoons deserve an honorable mention as well.

The Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon was pretty cool too. As were the games obviously.

Ahhh the 90's, Motorheads Snake Bite Love was released at some point there, worth mentioning that in Heavy Metals downfall in the 90's there was still few who refused to die, and rightfully so. Fitting that it would be Motorhead also. And of course on December 5th 1992, Perfection was born.

The X-Men, Batman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoons deserve an honorable mention as well. Apart from the X-Men and Turtles both getting their animation starts in the 1980s Batman was awesome though

Apart from the X-Men and Turtles both getting their animation starts in the 1980s Close, but not really. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was started in 1990 and X-Men in 1992. Pryde of the X-Men was lame.

Transformers was the greatest 80s cartoon! Just a shame the Japanese took over and ran it into the ground The 90s did bring us Beast Wars...then the Japanese insisted on making Beast Wars II The obviously everyone gave up and unleashed Beast Machines

Still, its not as if the cartoon didn't contribute to the awesomeness of the 90s. Pryde of the X-Men was a pilot for another X-Men cartoon in the 80s, but they only had one episode.

It was aired unfinished as the whole thing runs for about 25 mins which isn't quite enough to fill 2 30 min commercial slots.

Well yes Turtles mania certainly peaked in the 1990s but thats cause they made it kid friendly as opposed to the sometimes unpleasant and rather dark original concept.

Cause she was a girl turtle after all I think she was retconned out of existence when ownership rights changed hands
